On the table itself, you can find the list of - Strike Prices - a marker of the current price - highest bids (the highest Premium for existing Buy orders per Strike Price) for requests on the left - lowest asks (the lowest Premium for existing Sell orders per Strike Price) for offers on the right - the amount of bids and asks

Order Book

The Order Book is a list of active buy and sell orders for a specific asset at the specific Strike Price. It represents the number of bids and asks orders for every option price and their Implied Volatility (IV). Implied Volatility (IV) is a metric of the market's expectation of the asset’s future volatility. Higher IV means higher option premiums. Buyers look for lower IV while sellers for higher (to earn more).
